Products and Services
Center Street is at the heart of village life, and our office at 728 Center Street is just a few blocks east of the Frontier House and minutes from Artpark and the river. We help people from the village, Lewiston Heights, and nearby Niagara County communities find coverage for what matters to them. Tell us what you’re looking to protect, and we’ll help you compare options from multiple trusted carriers. Whether you need coverage for an older home near the water, a local business, several vehicles, a boat, or a combination of policies, we can help you sort through your choices with confidence.
Insurance Policies We Can Help You Compare
Finding the right coverage starts with understanding what you need to protect. We’ll talk through your home, vehicles, rental property, business, and any other coverage needs, then compare options from several trusted carriers. We can explain the differences in coverage, limits, and pricing so you can make a more informed choice. Availability will vary by carrier and policy.
Homeowners Insurance
Homeowners insurance can help protect your home, belongings, and finances if you’re responsible for an injury or property damage. Many homes in the Lewiston area are older, and winter can bring snow, wind, and ice dams. Standard homeowners policies typically do not cover flooding, so homes near the river may need separate flood insurance.
Business Insurance
Business insurance can help protect your business against liability claims, property damage, equipment losses, and other covered risks, depending on the policy. A Center Street restaurant, shop, contractor, or professional practice may have very different coverage needs, especially if business picks up during the Artpark season. We can help you compare options based on your property, employees, equipment, and day-to-day operations.
Auto Insurance
Auto insurance can help cover injuries or property damage you cause to others, while optional coverages may help protect your own vehicle. Driving around Lewiston can mean Ridge Road, Portage Road, the escarpment grade, or trips south toward Niagara Falls and I-190. We can help you compare liability limits, deductibles, and optional collision and comprehensive coverage based on how and where you drive.
Renters Insurance
Renters insurance can help protect your belongings, provide liability coverage, and help with temporary living expenses after a covered loss. That can be useful if you rent an apartment over a Center Street shop, part of a village duplex, or a house near campus. We can help you choose coverage limits based on the value of your belongings and what it may cost to replace them.
Landlord Insurance
Landlord insurance is designed for residential properties you rent to others. Depending on the policy, it may help cover the building, belongings you provide, liability, and lost rental income after a covered loss. If you own a seasonal or short-term rental, we can help you compare options based on how the property is used and occupied.
Umbrella Insurance
Umbrella insurance can provide additional liability protection when the limits on an eligible home, auto, renters, or watercraft policy are reached. It may be worth considering if you own rental property, entertain often, keep a boat on the lower Niagara, or want added protection for your assets. We can also explain any underlying coverage limits that may be required before an umbrella policy applies.
Commercial Auto Insurance
Commercial auto insurance can help protect vehicles your business uses for service calls, deliveries, job-site visits, and other work-related travel. Coverage may include liability and physical damage, depending on the policy and how the vehicle is used. If your business vehicles travel throughout Niagara County or regularly head toward the border crossing, we can help you compare coverage that fits your use.
Classic & Collector Car Insurance
Classic and collector car insurance can help cover restored, vintage, antique, and other eligible limited-use vehicles. Agreed value, mileage caps, and storage conditions factor in, and they carry real weight when a car sits under a cover from November to April. We'll compare options that reflect the vehicle and how often it leaves the garage.
Boat Insurance
Boat insurance can cover the hull, the gear aboard, your passengers, and your liability, depending on the policy. Launching at Lewiston Landing, working the lower Niagara for salmon and trout, or running out toward Lake Ontario all shape the answer, along with where the boat winters and how often you're on it.
Motorcycle Insurance
Motorcycle insurance can provide liability protection, along with optional coverage for theft, damage, and other covered losses. Riding season is shorter in Lewiston, and routes like the Seaway Trail along the river are popular with local riders. We can help you compare coverage based on your bike, accessories, annual mileage, and how often you ride.
RV Insurance
RV insurance can help protect a travel trailer, motorhome, or other eligible RV. Depending on the policy, coverage may include physical damage, liability, roadside assistance, and personal belongings. We can help you compare options based on the type of RV you own, how often you use it, and where you store it during the off-season.
Your Total Insurance Concierge
Personalized Insurance Guidance You Can Count On
Comparing insurance options can help you understand the differences in coverage, limits, deductibles, exclusions, and pricing. Our team can walk you through options from multiple carriers, answer your questions, and help you find coverage that fits your needs and budget.
More Carrier Options, More Coverage Choices
Price matters, but it is only one part of choosing insurance. We can help you compare options from several carriers and look at differences in coverage, limits, deductibles, exclusions, and available features. That way, you can see how each policy works and choose the option that makes the most sense for your needs and budget.
Insurance Solutions Built Around Your Needs
Every household has different insurance needs. We’ll take the time to understand your home, vehicles, business, rental property, or other coverage needs, then help you compare options that fit your situation. As things change, we can also help you review your coverage and make updates when needed.
Insurance Expertise for Local Families & Businesses
Our local advisors understand some of the everyday risks that come with living and working in Lewiston. Winter can bring lake-effect snow, drifting along Ridge Road, and icy conditions on the escarpment grade. Drivers may also encounter commercial trucks and border traffic near I-190 and the Lewiston-Queenston Bridge. We can use that local knowledge to help you compare coverage options for your home, vehicles, or business.
Protection for Every Stage of Life
Your insurance needs can change as your life changes. Buying a home, adding a vehicle, renting out a property, or purchasing a boat or RV can all affect the coverage you need. Reviewing your policies together can help you understand how they work, spot potential gaps, and make sure your coverage still fits your current needs.
Support Beyond Your Policy
Coverage that matched your needs three years ago may not fit now. Finishing a basement, adding a teen driver, buying a second vehicle, picking up a rental, growing the business, or moving up the hill can all shift what you should be carrying. Regular reviews give you a chance to make adjustments before a gap turns into an uncovered claim.

Protect More With Bundled Insurance Solutions
Keeping several policies with one agency can make it easier to review your coverage in one place. Some policy combinations may also qualify for a multi-policy discount, depending on the carrier and your individual policies. We can help you compare your options and understand how your limits, deductibles, and coverage work together.
Home & Auto Insurance
Bundling home and auto insurance may qualify you for a multi-policy discount, depending on the carrier. We can help you see which carriers offer bundling options and whether combining these policies makes sense for your home, vehicles, and budget.
Home & Umbrella Insurance
If you want additional liability protection beyond your home and auto policies, umbrella insurance may be worth considering. Most carriers require your underlying policies to meet certain coverage limits before an umbrella policy can apply. We can help you review those requirements and compare available options.
Business Insurance Packages
If your business needs more than one type of coverage, we can help you review options for general liability, commercial property, equipment, lost income, and commercial auto insurance. Available packages vary by carrier, so we can help you compare what is included and choose coverage that fits how your business operates.
Personal Insurance Portfolio
Many households need coverage for more than a home and everyday vehicles. Boats, motorcycles, RVs, collector cars, and rental properties can all bring different insurance needs. We can help you review these policies together and make sure your coverage still fits what you own and how you use it.
One Trusted Insurance Advisor
Having one advisor who understands your coverage can make it easier to keep up with changes over time. We can help you review your policies when you move, remodel, add a vehicle, buy a rental property, or make changes to your business. Frequently Asked Insurance Questions
Should I Review My Insurance Coverage Regularly?

A local advisor can help you review your current coverage, compare available options, and decide whether any updates make sense.
Can I Bundle My Insurance Policies?
In many cases, yes. Auto, home, renters, RV, boat, motorcycle, and business policies may be eligible for bundling, depending on the carrier and policy combination. Bundling may also qualify you for a multi-policy discount. We can help you compare available options and see whether combining policies makes sense for your coverage needs and budget.
What Information Do I Need for an Auto Insurance Quote?
For an auto insurance quote, you may need your driver’s license number, vehicle identification number (VIN), driving history, current coverage, and estimated annual mileage. Requirements vary by carrier, but having these details ready can make it easier to compare your options.
