Located at 4600 South Ashland Ave. in Chicago, near W. 46th St., our InsureOne office serves you throughout Back of the Yards, Brighton Park, Canaryville, Bridgeport, and nearby South Side communities. Our local insurance professionals take time to understand your property, vehicles, household, and business, then help you compare coverage from multiple trusted carriers based on your needs and priorities.

Insurance Solutions Available at This Chicago Office

Our local insurance professionals take time to understand the property, vehicles, household, or business you want to protect. They compare coverage from multiple carriers and explain differences in limits, deductibles, and policy features, helping you make informed decisions about long-term protection. Price remains part of the discussion, but it is considered alongside coverage quality and the risks most relevant to you.

Homeowners Insurance

Homeowners insurance can help cover damage to your dwelling and personal belongings. In Chicago, heavy snow, frozen pipes, high winds, and theft may influence the protection a homeowner considers. Many policies also include personal liability coverage and additional living expenses if a covered loss makes the home temporarily uninhabitable. Our local insurance professionals can explain available limits, deductibles, and exclusions.

Business Insurance

Business insurance can help protect a company from covered property damage, liability claims, and operational disruptions. Available options may include commercial property, general liability, workers' compensation, and business income coverage. Chicago businesses in healthcare, manufacturing, and other industries face different exposures, so our local insurance professionals can help build coverage around the operation, property, equipment, and employees.

Auto Insurance

Auto insurance can help protect Chicago drivers who navigate heavy traffic on local roads and interstates. Liability coverage helps pay for injuries or property damage you cause to others, while uninsured motorist bodily injury coverage may apply when an uninsured driver injures you. Collision and comprehensive coverage can provide broader protection for damage to your vehicle, theft, and certain weather-related losses.

Renters Insurance

Renters insurance can help protect personal belongings after certain covered losses and may include personal liability and additional living expense coverage. A landlord's policy generally protects the building, not the tenant's furniture, electronics, or clothing. Chicago renters can work with an advisor to estimate the value of their belongings and choose limits suited to their needs.

Landlord Insurance

Landlord insurance can help protect the structure, landlord-owned property, personal liability, and lost rental income after certain covered losses. Chicago rental properties may face risks from winter weather, theft, and other damage. Owners of apartment buildings, duplexes, or long-term rental homes can work with an advisor to review coverage based on the property and its use.

Umbrella Insurance

Umbrella insurance may provide additional liability protection beyond the limits of eligible home, auto, landlord, or other underlying policies. If you have significant assets, rental property, or broader liability concerns, our local insurance professionals can help you review your existing limits and compare available umbrella options, subject to carrier requirements and policy terms.

Commercial Auto Insurance

Commercial auto insurance can help protect cars, vans, trucks, and other vehicles used for business. If your company travels across Chicago for deliveries, service calls, client visits, or job-site work, we can help you compare liability and physical damage options based on the vehicles, drivers, routes, and business use involved.

Classic & Collector Car Insurance

Classic and collector car insurance can provide specialized protection for an antique, restored, or collectible vehicle. Coverage may account for the car's condition, value, storage, and limited-use patterns. Our local professionals can help you compare options for a vehicle stored during Chicago winters or driven seasonally to shows and events.

Boat Insurance

Boat insurance can help protect a vessel, equipment, and personal liability after certain accidents, theft, or damage. For owners who keep boats at Lake Michigan marinas, coverage may also address risks while the boat is docked, stored, or transported, depending on the policy. An advisor can explain available limits, deductibles, and optional protections.

Motorcycle Insurance

Motorcycle insurance may include liability, collision, comprehensive, theft, and coverage for eligible custom parts or accessories. If you ride on Chicago streets or regional highways, our local insurance professionals can help you compare available limits and deductibles based on your motorcycle, riding habits, storage, and preferred level of protection.

RV Insurance

RV insurance can help protect a motorhome, camper, fifth wheel, or travel trailer, with available protection varying by vehicle type and use. If you store an RV in the Chicago area or use it for seasonal travel, we can help you compare liability, collision, comprehensive, belongings, and roadside options, subject to policy terms.

Bundle Your Insurance for More Complete Protection

Managing multiple policies through one agency can simplify renewals, reviews, and ongoing questions. One of our local insurance professionals can help coordinate coverage, identify possible overlaps or gaps, and update policies as your needs change. You may also qualify for multi-policy discounts, although eligibility and savings depend on the carrier and individual circumstances.

Home & Auto Insurance

Managing home and auto insurance through a single agency can simplify renewals and reviews while coordinating liability limits across both policies. Customers may also qualify for a multi-policy discount when the policies are placed with the same carrier, although eligibility and savings vary. An advisor can compare available options based on your home, vehicles, and Chicago driving conditions.

Business Insurance Packages

Chicago business owners may need several types of protection, including general liability, commercial property, commercial auto, and business interruption coverage. Workers' compensation and industry-specific options may also be relevant, depending on the operation. These coverages may not always be included in a single policy, but an advisor can review them together to identify potential gaps.

Personal Insurance Portfolio

If you manage several personal assets, reviewing home, auto, renters, landlord, and boat coverage together can provide a clearer view of your protection. A coordinated review can help identify possible overlaps or gaps and make policy updates easier. It may also reveal bundling opportunities, although eligibility and savings depend on the carrier.

One Trusted Insurance Advisor

Working with one insurance advisor provides a consistent point of contact for questions, reviews, and major changes. An advisor familiar with your broader insurance portfolio can help identify when a new purchase, business decision, or life event may affect existing coverage. This ongoing relationship supports more coordinated decisions over time.

Frequently Asked Insurance Questions

Should I Review My Insurance Coverage Regularly?

Reviewing coverage at least once a year and after major changes can help keep policies aligned with your current needs. Relevant changes may include buying or selling a home, adding a driver, purchasing a vehicle, expanding a business, or acquiring valuable property. Our local insurance professionals can help you consider risks, property values, and existing limits during the review.

What Are the Benefits of Bundling Insurance?

Bundling can simplify policy management by coordinating renewals, reviews, and inquiries through a single agency. Home and auto policies placed with the same carrier may also qualify for a multi-policy discount, although eligibility and savings vary. The broader benefit is that one advisor can review how the policies work together and help identify possible overlaps or gaps.

How Can I Prepare for an Insurance Review?

Before a review, gather current policies and note major changes since the last review, such as adding a driver, moving, buying, or selling property. For auto coverage, bring your driver's license, vehicle information, current policy, and estimated mileage. For home coverage, helpful details may include square footage, roof age, and safety features. Business owners may need information about operations, revenue, employees, vehicles, and equipment. Your advisor can confirm which details apply.

Why Work With a Local Insurance Agency?

Working with a local insurance agency gives you a consistent point of contact for questions, comparisons, and policy reviews. InsureOne agents understand Chicago's winter weather, traffic, and property considerations, and they can explain how those factors may affect the coverage discussion. They also compare options from multiple carriers and explain policy terms in clear language, helping you make informed decisions as your needs change.

Can You Help Me Compare Coverage From Multiple Insurance Companies?

Yes. Comparing coverage from multiple insurance companies is a central part of InsureOne's approach. Our agents review available limits, deductibles, features, exclusions, and pricing, then explain how the options align with your needs and budget. The carriers and quotes available depend on the customer, policy type, and eligibility.

Can You Help Me Insure My Home, Vehicles, and Business Together?

Yes. An InsureOne advisor can review home, auto, and business coverage together and help coordinate the policies through one agency. The policies may be placed with different carriers, but a broader review can make it easier to understand how the coverage works together and identify possible overlaps or gaps. Available products and bundling options depend on the carrier and customer.
