English, Spanish

Our office is at 1900 Ridge Road, Suite 111, about a mile east of the Thruway and near the Shops at West Seneca. We work with homeowners, families, and business owners across the Southtowns, including Ebenezer, Gardenville, Lackawanna, Orchard Park, and Cheektowaga. Our agents can help you compare coverage for your home, vehicles, business, and other needs from multiple trusted carriers. Service is available in English and Spanish.

Insurance Coverage Tailored to Your Needs

Your insurance needs can include your home, vehicles, business, and other property. Our agents can help you compare options from several trusted carriers and explain how the coverage differs. We’ll also help you look for potential gaps and understand where additional coverage may be worth considering. Here are some of the policy types we can help you compare.

Homeowners Insurance

Homeowners insurance can help protect your home, belongings, and liability after a covered loss. Lake-effect winters in West Seneca can bring heavy snow, ice dams, and other conditions that may affect roofs and older homes. Our agents can help you compare coverage limits, deductibles, and optional protections such as water backup coverage.

Business Insurance

Businesses along Ridge Road, Union Road, and other parts of West Seneca may need coverage for property, liability, equipment, and day-to-day operations. Business insurance can include general liability, commercial property, and other protections, depending on the policy. We can help you compare options based on how your business operates, the space you use, and any requirements in your lease.

Auto Insurance

Auto insurance can help cover liability for injuries and damage you cause, along with optional protection for your vehicle. Commuters spend winter mornings on the Thruway and Route 219, where squalls can create sudden hazards. We compare quotes from several carriers and review uninsured motorist limits alongside other selected coverage.

Renters Insurance

Renting an apartment near Union Road or in one of West Seneca’s older neighborhoods? Your landlord’s policy generally protects the building, not your personal belongings. Renters insurance can help protect items such as furniture, electronics, and clothing, and may also include personal liability coverage. Our agents can help you compare coverage based on what you own and your individual needs.

Landlord Insurance

If you own a two-family home or investment property in the Southtowns, landlord insurance can help cover the building, liability claims, and lost rental income after a covered loss. Coverage can vary based on the property, how it is rented, and what you provide for tenants. Our agents can help you compare options and understand how landlord coverage differs from a standard homeowners policy.

Umbrella Insurance

An umbrella policy can provide additional liability protection above the limits of eligible home, auto, and other underlying policies. It may be worth considering if you own property, have a pool, or want added protection for your assets. Our agents can help you review underlying coverage requirements and compare available options.

Commercial Auto Insurance

Vehicles used for business may require commercial auto insurance, depending on who owns them, who drives them, and how they are used. Coverage options may include liability and physical damage for trucks, vans, trailers, and seasonal plow vehicles. A local advisor can help you review which vehicles and drivers may need commercial coverage.

Classic & Collector Car Insurance

Show cars, restorations, and summer cruisers are valued differently from daily drivers. Collector car coverage often uses an agreed value, limited mileage terms, and protection while the car sits in storage. That last piece counts for a lot around here, where most collectors have the cover on by late October and don't pull it off again until May.

Boat Insurance

With Lake Erie, the Buffalo River, and the Small Boat Harbor nearby, boating is a familiar part of life around West Seneca. Boat insurance can help cover physical damage to your boat, motor, and trailer, along with liability if you injure someone or damage their property. Our agents can also help you compare options based on how you use and store your boat throughout the year.

Motorcycle Insurance

The riding season in Erie County is relatively short, so seasonal use may be an important part of choosing coverage. Motorcycle insurance can help cover damage to your bike and may include coverage for custom parts and accessories, as well as uninsured motorist protection. Our agents can help you compare coverage based on your motorcycle, annual mileage, and how often you ride.

RV Insurance

RV insurance can help protect motorhomes, travel trailers, and other eligible RVs. Coverage may include collision, liability, personal belongings, roadside assistance, and certain emergency expenses. Our agents can help you compare options based on the type of RV you own, how often you use it, where you store it, and whether you travel seasonally or for longer periods.

Your Total Insurance Concierge

Why Families & Business Owners Trust InsureOne

If you have coverage for a home, vehicles, business, rental property, or other needs, our local insurance professionals can help you review your policies together. We can compare options from multiple trusted carriers, explain important differences, and answer questions as your coverage needs change over time.

Access Multiple Highly Rated Insurance Companies

Because our office works with multiple trusted insurance carriers, we can help you compare options for your home, vehicles, business, and other needs. We’ll explain important differences in coverage, limits, deductibles, exclusions, and price so you can look beyond the monthly premium and make a more informed choice.

Local Agents Who Take Time to Understand Your Goals

Our agents take the time to understand how you use your vehicles, property, and business before comparing coverage options. We’ll ask relevant questions, explain how different limits and deductibles work, and help you understand where additional coverage may be worth considering. That way, you can make choices based on your needs and budget.

Local Advisors Who Understand Your Community

Our local agents understand how West Seneca’s weather and seasonal conditions can affect insurance needs. Lake-effect snow can create difficult driving conditions on Ridge Road, Union Road, the Thruway, and Route 219. Areas near Cazenovia Creek may also face flood concerns during certain conditions. Because standard homeowners policies typically do not cover flooding, we can help you explore separate flood insurance options if needed.

Protection for Every Stage of Life

Protection should reflect your current needs. A family with children in college may need different coverage than someone renting their first apartment. Our agents can help you review your home, vehicles, business, and other insurance needs, then compare coverage options that fit your situation.

Guidance You Can Count On Year After Year

Your insurance needs can change as your home, household, vehicles, or business changes. Renovating your home, hiring an employee, adding another vehicle, or putting a teen driver on your policy may all be good reasons to review your coverage. Our local team can help you compare current options, answer questions, and make updates when needed.
