We help renters, homeowners, drivers, and business owners compare policies from multiple trusted carriers. You can return for guidance as your household, property, or business changes.
Insurance Policies We Can Help You Compare
Our Waterville team can help you compare insurance options for your home, vehicles, business, or other assets. We work with multiple carriers so you can review features, limits, deductibles, and exclusions side by side. Availability varies by carrier, policy type, and your circumstances.
Homeowners Insurance
Homeowners insurance can protect your dwelling, personal belongings, liability interests, and additional living expenses after certain covered losses. The age and construction of a Waterville home, winter weather, detached structures, and rebuilding costs can all influence coverage decisions.
Business Insurance
Business insurance can address commercial property, equipment, vehicles, liability, and lost income after certain covered interruptions, depending on the policy. Waterville-area businesses include Main Street storefronts, contractors, service providers, and agricultural operations with different coverage considerations.
Auto Insurance
Auto insurance can cover liability to others and, when selected, damage to your own vehicle after certain losses. New York requires registered cars to carry liability, no-fault, and uninsured motorist coverage. Collision, comprehensive, and roadside options vary by policy and carrier.
Renters Insurance
When you're a renter, renters insurance can help you replace or repair your belongings after a covered loss. For example, it could pay for new clothing and furniture if the originals were destroyed in a fire. Some policies include liability coverage and provide funds for hotels or other accommodations if you can't live in your home due to a covered event.
Landlord Insurance
If you open a property to paying short-term or long-term tenants, landlord insurance can help you manage risk. It's created specifically for properties you own but don't live in, such as apartments or vacation rentals. Coverage may help protect the rental property and certain landlord-owned belongings, depending on the policy.
Umbrella Insurance
Umbrella insurance may provide additional liability protection after a covered claim exceeds qualifying underlying policy limits. Available coverage and required underlying limits vary by carrier and policy.
Commercial Auto Insurance
Commercial auto insurance can help protect company vehicles and may include liability and property damage coverage. An InsureOne agent can help you determine whether your vehicles need commercial coverage based on how they're used and who drives them.
Classic & Collector Car Insurance
Classic and collector car insurance provides specialized protection for eligible antique, vintage, restored, and limited-use vehicles. Policies may account for agreed value, mileage, storage, condition, and how the vehicle is used.
Boat Insurance
If you own a watercraft for exploring New York waterways, boat insurance may cover certain damage to the vessel, onboard equipment, and liability, depending on the policy. Navigation areas, seasonal storage, towing, and how often you use the boat are useful details to compare.
Motorcycle Insurance
Motorcycle insurance is designed to help you manage risk to you and your bike. Like car insurance, it often includes liability protection for property damage and bodily injury. You can also customize the policy with coverage that may help pay for damage to the bike after certain covered losses.
RV Insurance
RV insurance is a special type of coverage made for travel trailers, motorhomes, campervans, and other recreational vehicles. It can include a variety of protections to help with things like liability, theft, and damage. If you like to take longer trips in your RV, you might also consider insurance that pays for towing and roadside assistance.

Bundle Home, Auto & More With InsureOne
Insurance bundling generally means placing multiple eligible policies with the same carrier. It may simplify documents, billing, renewal conversations, and policy reviews. Multi-policy discounts may be available, depending on the carrier and policies selected.
Home & Auto Insurance
A home and auto bundle can be an effective way to save time when managing your most important policies. When you need to change your coverage or personal information, you can do so with a single call. Carriers may also offer discounts when you buy both policies together.
Home & Umbrella Insurance
Reviewing home and umbrella insurance together can provide a clearer view of your total liability protection. An umbrella policy generally sits above qualifying underlying limits, and carrier requirements should be reviewed before choosing coverage.
Business Insurance Packages
As a business owner, you may need different coverage types for things like workers' compensation, general liability, and commercial property protection. Some carriers may offer packages that combine eligible business coverages, depending on your business and policy. An advisor can help you compare the available options and determine how the different coverages fit together.
Personal Insurance Portfolio
A personal insurance portfolio can bring home, auto, boat, motorcycle, flood, and RV coverage into one coordinated review. That may simplify policy management and make it easier to identify possible overlaps, gaps, or limits that should be reconsidered.
One Trusted Insurance Advisor
You do not have to compare every policy on your own. Our local advisors can organize available options, explain differences in limits and deductibles, and help you review how several policies work together as your priorities change.

We can help you compare options based on your circumstances. Limits, deductibles, and availability vary by carrier.
Can I Bundle My Insurance Policies?
You can often bundle eligible insurance policies through the same carrier. A bundle may simplify documents, billing, renewals, and policy reviews, and some combinations may qualify for a multi-policy discount. Eligibility, savings, and available combinations vary, so compare the bundled and separate options before deciding. We can review both approaches with you.
What Information Helps You Recommend the Right Coverage?
When you meet with one of our agents, bring any current policy documents and information about the property, vehicles, or business you want to insure. Helpful details may include household drivers, home size, and recent updates, annual mileage, business operations, equipment, and existing limits.
